Waldolytics Marketplace does not do or handle deliveries, all deliveries are facilitated by the Sellers on the platform. Before making any purchases, please check the delivery policy of the Seller and if possible contact the Seller or make use of the chat facility to contact the seller.
As a Customer you will want to know:
- How much your item is going to cost to deliver on top of the price of the product before you purchase.
- That your item is well packaged so it won’t arrive damaged.
- That it is going to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.
However, we do need to maintain general important principles to give a good level of customer service. The Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of the Seller Terms and Conditions and is an important part of the Waldolytics Marketplace brand.
What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
- Delivery is facilitated by Sellers on the platform.
- Delivery on certain products could be FREE or a fee could be charged for certain products, and this will specified on those selected products.
When will my order be delivered?
- Sellers on the platform typically deliver orders within 5 – 7 working days.
- Check the delivery policy of the Seller on the product you would like to purchase. You can also contact the seller to know more about delivery times.
- You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order Number from your Order History on your Account profile here.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
- It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.
- To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile here.
